Brief de Design de Logo

Hello Designers!
My company's name is Texas Sol Real Estate and we are in need of a new logo design.

We primarily work residential real estate inside the inner loop of Houston Texas. So, I'd like the logo to have a modern touch, which could mean among other things the text font - slim, stream-line, no extra profiles to the letters.

I also want a rising sun in the logo. The sun should have gold color tones maybe a little orange, but mostly gold, and have slim sun "rays" that connect to the sun.

The logo should also have an outline of the state of Texas, which I think looks the best inside the sun but I'm open to other ideas. I'm thinking a light blue for the "Texas" outline: sky blue or maybe like a Facebook blue.

Our name, "Texas Sol Real Estate" should also be included. For symmetry purposes, I think it would look better if the name is divided into two lines: Texas Sol on one line and Real Estate on the line below. I'm thinking a bright red for the font.

The goal is to be memorable, welcoming, and create a feeling of I'm-making-the-right-decision...I know this is a little abstract. All these things felt at first glance of a yard sign a 1/2 block away, on a business card, on social media, on a website, my personal brochure...etc.

Although I have specific guidelines, I'm open to seeing related concept ideas: different colors, fonts, and layouts. But the 3 primary elements should all be included: our name, the sun, and the state of Texas.
