Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo that would be versatile for events throughout the U.S. (for marketing material and emails) and that would work as a Facebook profile picture. I would like to put the logo on the Wordpress website as well.

The theme for the events is Ideas to Impact, and the events will be named I2I with the location following; ex. I2I San Francisco. The tagline is: Do you see eye to eye with thought leaders in your community?

The fonts I used were Merriweather Sans Regular and Lato Bold because the same ones are used on the website. I also stuck with green like the P4P logo, but please feel free to change anything - it's whatever you think would look best.
