Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo that is simple, clear, professional and clean. It can be our name, initials or just a symbol. We serve our clients on a personal and team approach and our website will be redesigned so that it is a practical tool that we will use for quoting, referring clients there for videos and helpful information. We are a team of four (boutique), each specializing in our own fields of expertise to meet the clients entire needs. Our clients are individuals, small and large group employers with our target, large group that need high end service & we use the best and latest technology tools to be efficient and improve our clients experience. Our clients trust us to be caring service, education and support at every level; HR to employee to family members. Our clients are in the hi-tech industry, engineering, advertising, education, property management, law and non-profit. We don't not really use the website for advertising; our clients come by referral and personal outreach. I need the logo before I can move to the website which we are hoping can have a look similar to Apple/Microsoft yet still personalized to meet our clients education and training needs. My current site is Johnrileyins.com and yes I like green however, it should be what you think is most appropriate. Below is info on my company if interested.

Our hope is to build long lasting relationships and exceed client expectations. Seasons change in people’s lives but certain things will always remain true; a trusted, kind and helpful person will always be highly valued year round and in any circumstances. Recently, a customer from San Diego emailed us and said, “You are assurance and also provide insurance. I will refer your company to anyone I can.” This is our best example of how our company defines success.
