we are an environmentally safe cleaning company called OrganiClean Services, that specializes in post construction cleanup. for example, rehabbed houses and newly built commercial or residential space. we would like this mailer directed at the construction companies in order for them to call us before the property is ready to go to the buyer/client. we would like to see designs including a wood grain background and various earth toned colors (something very crisp, clean and not "flashy" marketing). It is important to convey we have flexibly with scheduling, competitive pricing, and that cleaning these properties not only enhances the contractors work but provides them with a happy customer. we are also on angies list with a A rating and provide a 100% satisfaction guarentee
