My business name is TCM Turnaround & Change Management Solutions Ltd.
It is aimed at the food industry. The business provides consultancy services and also takes on longer term contracts to meet the clients needs, be that overall department management, a specific project (eg developing and implementing an Allergen Risk Assessment), providing training, managing a short term gap in skills.
The business is flexible to meet the clients needs, highly skilled and competent in all technical, quality assurance, production and manufacturing roles with the food industry.
The logo needs to be modern, bold and symbolising competence, yet being flexible to meet the clients needs.
