Brief de Web Design

We need a website design, to attract customers to buy our services.

We dont yet have a name for our concept / if you have a great idea, feel free to be creative.

The design should communicate state of the art, professional, innovative and trustworthiness.

Technical requirements:
Format of delivery is HTML5 and CSS,.
The design is expected to be based on a well know CSS framework, like Bootstrap, or similar.

Our Concept
We are building a platform, by the means of which we can crowdsource quality inspection, from the design to delivery, to avoid the next IT disaster.

Our concept is a B2B product
Our customer base is large scale IT projects - typically public funding

We define structure and guidelines. If the project follows these guidelines we guarantee delivery on deadlines
Our product is composed of the 4 steps below. Each can be purchased separately, or as a single insurance package.

The product is composed of 4 modules:
Module One: Why are we building this?
define project goals (research shows that 20% die because of this root cause)
stakeholder analysis
success criteria
minimal viable product definition
Module 2: What are we building ?
requirements specification & automated acceptance tests (research shows that 30% die because of this). Grades for req specification, and offer of help to improve. Review of req spec & grading is quite cheap (about 5.000 euro) - we see this as a sales channel
Module 3 : how are we building?
measuring during project execution
we set up measuring points in the continuous delivery process, and track that the developed product is inside quality margins (!)
module 4: navigate back on track
early warning system
warnings are deployed if irregularities are detected. failure to act on early warning voids the software delivery guarantee.
