Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for someone to design a logo for a new company in North Port, FL called Delight Properties Inc. We are a property management, property development and vacation rentals company. Since the properties are located in Florida, I think the designs should be light and airy, elegant and uncluttered. I would like to use the logo for business cards, brochures and the website. There is another upcoming project for a new company that is a sister company called Delight Construction Inc. I would like to make a similar design for the construction company so that both designs look more or less similar but the Construction company is for Construction of new homes and rehabs of older properties. I would like to use possibly an idea of a line above the logo going up and up indicating that the profits will grow if we manager people's properties but it is not a requirement, just an idea. I prefer to use not so many colors just one or two, maximum three to make it a simple but effective logo. Also it would be nice to create a background picture along the same lines for the brochures and website that is similar to logo. I don't have a preference of colors but maybe green or blue are nice blue and gray also go together well. I think the business card background should be white for a stronger impact.
