Brief de Web Design

We are a very, very busy web development company that doesn't have the time to look after our own website because of the workload. Now the site has become stale and an afterthought. I need a designer that can deliver a home page template, basic inside page template and portfolio template that will be fresh, amazing looking, and show off the qualities clients love about us.

I want strong imagery that I can help choose (although your input would be greatly appreciated), amazing fonts, clean-clean-clean and really , really need to lean on a great creative designer that can take the lead on this as we have very minimal time available due to our workload.
