Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo design for a company based in the North West of England. We provide First aid training to all ages as well as providing first aid and fire risk assessments as well as fire awareness training. I would like a colourful logo which can grow as the business grows. We will only ever provide health and safety training as a whole, however the company may grow and can not be too much about one thing. I would like the logo to be adaptable and look good on all manner of things, such as t-shirts, leaflets, merchandise and a website. The main focus of the business is First aid and will always be really. The final design should communicate, professionalism, fun and be bold and bright, colours such as green and reds are could be not essential as well as heart shapes.. however I am looking for something totally different than what I currently have and I am not that happy with. I have uploaded my previous logo that I am looking to change, however the hear sort of design is still in some of the marketing I have..

The name of the company when it started was A&E Training, however I have found it difficult to use this on website etc so the company name is more AE Training. Good luck and thanks for your help.
