The current budget suffices for Homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

How hard is it to create an animated count.
like a $$ money count UP ticker on the website.

we would like an animated graphic that shows money going up.

so far we have saved customers $68,053,183.13 to date off of their medications. we would like a graphic that shows money going up $___ per____ and starting around 10mil.
