Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an eCommerce site that we own and operate. This site sells equipment and chemicals to the commercial swimming pool market (hotels, motels. Y's community pools, schools, colleges).

1.) We would like the logo to be predominately blue with a hint of the greens already on the website.
2.) Also reference www.honberger.com as we would like to incorporate the diamond into this logo only as a subtle background. We have other websites online and will be doing the same thing on those eventually so we are looking for some continuity by using the diamond.
3.) Also in a small font the following should appear:
