Brief de Design de Carte

I am about to go to market with my gorgeous, fashionable baby dummies and matching chains/clips.

The brand is called Glambini, and it's aimed at the fashion-conscious baby (and parents). This is a brand new company, created by me, and five years in the making (it's taken that long to find the right factory to produce the dummies exactly the way I imagined them)!

The website isn't live yet, but is www.glambini.com

The initial release is five dummies with matching chains and clips, which are bright, edgy and designed to coordinate with the super-cool gear that babies wear these days. I have hundreds more designs to follow, with plans to expand into clothing and other accessories.

I need a safety information card to fit inside a clear plastic cube. It needs to measure:

7cms x 7cms square (when folded in half).
7cms x 14cms when unfolded/opened (landscape).

Logo on the front, critical safety information inside, and company information and web address on the back.

• The Glambini logo must be on the front of the card. The Pantone colour is green 360C.
  
  As dictated by the Safety Standard, the below text is compulsory for the centre (inside) of the folded card:

  Instructions for hygenic care, safety & use
  
  Please read before use:
  
  WARNING - NEVER attach ribbons or cords to your soother. DO NOT TIE THE DUMMY AROUND YOUR BABY’S NECK AS IT PRESENTS A STRANGULATION HAZARD.
  Inspect soother carefully before each use, especially when the child has teeth. Pull the soother in all directions. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness.
  Use only under adult supervision.
  Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents as this may damage the soother. We suggest gentle washing before use in warm, soapy water and gentle towel-drying. Avoid scrubbing the printed surface as this will cause the design to fade. Remove any trapped water before use.
  If a soother becomes lodged in the baby’s mouth DO NOT PANIC; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from the mouth carefully and as gently as possible.
  NEVER dip the teat in sweet substances such as syrups, honey or jam, or medications as this can lead to tooth decay.
  NEVER try to disassemble the soother or safety chain.
  When not in use keep the soother in a clean container and do not leave in direct sunlight, or near a heat source such as heaters, car interiors, dishwashers or sterilising solution as this may weaken the teat.
  Replace the soother, irrespective of condition, after one to two months of use, for hygeine and safety reasons.
  
  Glambini soothers are in conformity with the Australian Safety Standard AS2432-1991 and intended for use by babies aged 6 - 24 months of age.
