Plant Jamaica is about sustainability. “A system that produces more energy than it consumes and enough in surplus to maintain & replace its component parts over its lifetime.” It starts with ethics. Its about design. Its about science. Ethical, design, science. Permaculture is the vehicle of our evolution.

Plant Jamaica specializes in these fields. Finding beneficial interactions between elements and creating as many of these connections as possible. A design mind evolution. At Plant Jamaica our focus is primarily on the schools. We want to
make sustainability a part of the curriculum in every school. What could be more important than teaching the children how to plant and nurture crops, feed themselves, respect the land? These are the lessons that will last a lifetime. Education is the key, our focal point and the cornerstone of Plant Jamaica.

Our programme is scalable with sustainable growing methods that can cover small, tight urban spaces or large farms. We wish to educate as many people as possible from all walks of life. We intend to motivate our students to learn how to use this knowledge to their benefit.

Our aim is to target funding from large international donors mainly. USAID, EU, UN etc. WITH an appealing look/icon/logo that will still resonate well for our retail merchandise, stickers, tshirt, tools, agrarian equipment, Upcycled items, seeds etc.
