Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for an Australian Building company aiming to globally franchise it's new startup (designacube). (letters in logo can be capital and/or lower case letters).
We provide architecturally designed lifestyle inspired eco friendly small multi purpose buildings / homes which are based on a modular designed cube. We create "modular lifestyles".
The business ultimately will be franchised globally.
The "brand" needs to be instantly recognizable, funky, strong, warm & simple.Colours we like are green & blue.

Thank you to everyone who has so quickly contributed to our logo design competition. I'm liking what i see so far :) I've uploaded some prototype concept layouts from one of our range of small homes for those of you not sure of what we do. We'll be adding to this range once the website is underway. We may need help with a design for that too, so thanks to all who are working on this project.

Good morning Designers,

Thank you all for your contributions so far. I still haven't found "the one" that ticks all my boxes. There's quite a few that I like that may require some "tweaking".
