Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Breckenridge, Colorado called Summit County Property Management.  We want a brandable logo that is scalable, instantly memorable and meaningful.  If people can't remember what the logo looks like, they won't remember our company. How to tell if the logo is memorable?  If you can't look at the logo for fewer than 10 seconds and re-draw it with decent accuracy, it's probably too complex to be easily remembered.  We are open to all designs.

The property management company manages residential and commercial properties, including HOA's. Our target market are second home owners and condo association board members.

• The logo design can be submitted in any format (Vector, Photoshop, GIF, JPG, TIFF) but the final design will need to be provided in Adobe Illustrator (Vector Format). Only original artwork, nothing copyrighted. We prefer natural earthy colors like green and brown.  We also like purple, gold, blue and black.

Bien d'avoir

• The Logo could show ski's, trees, mountains and or condos. We also like logo's that make creative use of letters.  We would be interested in seeing a creative use of a Ski or Ski's.

• No clip art. Illegible fonts.  We don''t want the colors red, yellow or orange in the design.
