Brief de Design de Logo

The Great New Zealand Craft Show is an Event that has toured NZ for 30 years - it continues to tour but needs an advertising branding overhaul. THIS IS BRANDING overhaul - not a logo design as such - would like it to still be recognizable - but also updated. Dunkley represents old logo/branding.
Great NZ Events is the parent/event company

Initially we would like some design submissions.
Designs need to look good on signs and stand out as a street sign - so McDonalds colour palette has been used in the past - we'd like to keep the effectiveness of this colour palette for signage and modernise it a little with an autumn influenced pallete
The branding must also translate to print and web/social media
I'd like to be able to use the branding myself in Canva etc - I'm no designer - just overlays of brand on picture etc - so it needs to work for this and have submitted a transparent background file

I have attached a hard to read branding document (apologies its all over the place)
the previous branding used for signage and the current proposed where we have got to.
Interested to know if we can do better. Have guaranteed payment so someone gets paid for their efforts.
This will lead to advertising design work for print/news paper and posters.
