Brief de Design de Logo

I have a small company that on the one hand provides consultancy service to companies in the medical field (investments, M&A, instrument manufacturers, technology startups) and on the other holds small investments in a small but growing number of startups to support them. I am currently looking for a contemporary logo that communicates professional seriousness but also being technology friendly and modern. I hope this makes sense :)
