Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed for The Perfect Meat Thermometer. The meat thermometer sits on your counter or near your BBQ or smoker. It's a wonderful looking device. You are proud to show it off. The thermometer will be Apple-esk in design .. think of how nice the Nest.com thermostat is designed. We are thinking the logo would have the colour red in it and be suitable for an iOS app icon as well as for website and printed material. The thermometer itself will be low-slung and simple like the Apple TV box. Please consider using an old style dial thermometer in the design.
