Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Maine called Dental Health Advantage. Our initial product is called DenVantage. We provide a membership plan for people with no dental insurance to make maintaining an optimal dental preventive maintenance schedule affordable, as well as fee reductions on all other dental treatment. I'm thinking a logo would be green in color maybe with some blues, but maybe just a single color. I'm working with a tag line "Lighting the way to better dental health" and using a lighthouse motif. I'd like a simple recognizable design that can be used for any media from website to baseball hats. I'd like it to be usable with our without the text part. (No need to use the uploaded files, but the lighthouse used if identifiable needs to be in Maine.)
