Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new company based in Miami. It is a property management company (company that manages residential real estate properties). I would like blue to be incorporated as the main color, but it is not restricted to that color. I do not really want to make any restrictions, so that you are free to use your imagination.

This is how my company works. An investor buys an apartment, house, etc.. and he/she wants to rent it out to make money out of it. But the investor does not want to deal with all the tenants problems. My company deals with the tenants.
