My first choices would be royal blue, light grey and white.  The blue being similar to the back arrow on Microsoft Word.  Is that process blue?

It's either Process Blue or Reflex Blue. I'll see if I can match that.

Karen, I've posted a design - let me know if this is the direction you were looking for.

I like the colors and the text but the design does not capture the concept of placing people in jobs to me.  I love your energy!  Keep at it.

I just can't get my arms around the people.  Try using the word PEG in the logo but keep Professional Employment Group (maybe off to the side smaller in a box) We aren't KFC with millions in advertising.  Maybe there's a way to convey the concept with the word PEG?
