Brief de Design de Logo

REQUIREMENT. We need a logo design for a small company based near Barcelona called 'Moltupol'. The company currently has no logo or website.
BACKGROUND. Traditionally, the finest quality cutlery is constructed in two separate pieces, where a forged blade with a tang is mounted to a hollow handle using either a resin or cement. The main problem with traditional manufacturing methods was that the glue and filler (resin) used to connect the hollow knife handle to the blade softened and expanded with the heat of the dishwasher enough to actually push the blade away from the handle, causing the knife to break apart.
WHAT DO WE DO? Moltupol was established in 1977 to manufacture a dishwasher friendly ‘bonding agent’ for silver and stainless steel knife handles and subsequently expanded out of the cutlery industry and started to produce cement for kitchen tools / utensils.
Moltupol has clients all over the world, including China and South America but has no brand identity.
