Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.

Please read the brief. We are very clear on what type of site this is. Every design we have received has this as an ecommerce type site. It is not! It is a local business site. They will not be selling guns online, but rather getting people to come to the store.

Please do not try and submit ecommerce sites, this is not what we want.
