Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a new logo design for my dental office. The practice is called Mendon Family Dental. I have the colors laid out along with the font. I have been working with someone else for the design but we were unable to reach a final result that was usable. I am looking for a rather simple, clean, slightly masculine design that will transfer well to stationary, scrub tops, and other areas of use.
Attached below are various images that will help provide some better perspective. The first image with the "MD designs" has the exact font and colors that I am hoping to use. Where I am having some difficulty is coming up with a single solid image to put above it. It can be dental related, landscape, or just a unique design that is creative. Also included are my current logo and a few examples of what I think are solid logos. They all illustrate what I am looking for to some extent. I do not want a simple tooth design please. My practice is located in a rural area that is associated with a beautiful park and pond area as depicted in my original logo design. This is not necessarily what I am looking for but should be considered if someone is trying for a landscape concept. Thank you for your time.

• Single solid creative image above the title "Mendon Family Dental" with the colors and font given on the file 1 example. I would like the image transferable to stationary and scrub tops that can be easy seen. Please use the blue and grey colors provided.

• Creative image that is unique to my practice. Does not have to be dental related (tooth, smile) but is not discouraged if it can be done so in a tasteful manner.
