Its one simple banner illustrating the process of delivery with main focus on electronic (but needs to offer the idea of old style as well - physical receipts etc ). That illustration is best done with focus on objects that describe actions needed and it should also show the following actions needed after delivery has happen (which is what the brief is trying to capture).

So in short - I need 1 illustration showing the process from step "A to Z" - there is no big need of text this point as I either add it or we finish the drawing by adding it in two languages norwegian/english - that is the last step in case - as such you can use english if need-be and then we recreate the same one with terms in Norwegian (which I will give you). This as the web page is norwegian/english.

So you mean you need one illustration for all the brief that is posted? Is the whole brief means A-Z process? Can you please also share your mail id? Thanks

Yes correct - its like drawing a process illustration of a production line - encompassing all of the brief (which is A-Z process).

Interesting project, I will work on it today and submit a concept by end of the day.
