Brief de Design de Logo

I cant make my mind up on a name but it has to have some where a Lake Texoma Lodge and Resort Company or "a division of Lake Texoma Lodge and Reosrt, Inc" in small letters so that we meet the guidelines. or it can be the below with restaurant and brewery in it.
To come up with a logo that represents the above restaurant and brewery. I have uploaded 2 logos that we did not go with but we purchase. We do like the 3 brothers but there is not 3 brothers. The Tiki logo is also nice but we are not calling it the sneeky tiki. Your Job is to come up with a creative logo that represents the company. It can be abbreviated or spelled out. You may take our source files and use one or both.
1 You may not use the 3 guys in the logo of 3 brothers.since we do not represent 3 brothers. 2.It must be a cartoon style logo with colors.
3 what ever name you come up with it must have "at Lake Texoma Lodge and Resort"
