Brief de Design de Logo
Hi all!
So here is the brief:
1. I run my own consultancy business within shopping centre investment and strategic advise.
2. I help people buy and sell shopping centres mainly in Sweden. 3. These are not small shopping centres but larger $100m+ deals.
4. Apart from a few Swedish clients nearly all my clients are international and come from the U.K., Germany, France, U.S.A, Asia. They are property investors, pension funds and private equity so in other words very corporate.
5. Currently only me as a founder/ employee but will grow in time
6. The company name is Retail Investment Advisory Sweden AB, but I shorten it to Retail Invest (I have www.retailinvest.se). Have a look at the very bad website to see the current logo
7. What I do want the logo to portray: Stability, financial, trust, corporate and a bit old school traditional.
8. What I don't want is silly pictures of; houses, buildings, arrows on a chart showing growth, globes, people shaking hands or shopping bags.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hi, I feel that I need to extend the deadline for the following reasons:
1. Many of you read the brief but some didn't...Please don't submit logos with pictures of houses or arrows showing growth etc.
2. I want a clean corporate logo not "picture like hand drawn" designs
3. Colour scale does not have to be blue. Go for grey, black, gold, silver
4. Don't write the whole name of the company.
5. I want Retail Invest. The "I" in invest can be lower case if that works better with your design
