In this web system, We the designers only can upload image designs.
I'm CSS designer can deliver stunning design for you. But at first I'll upload .jpg or .png image design.
And then if you select my design, I'll provide you xhtml/css template.

This is perfect. I reconfirm that you will only be supplying CSS, you will receive the HTML from our programmer in Belgium. I will also send photos and PDFs we need on the site.

I'll work as soon as you upload photos&other materials and will finish within contest deadline.
