Brief de Design Invitation

I need a unique wedding invitation designed. My idea is to create a fold out map of events for the weekend. The wedding themes include white birch wood, mountains, lakes, and outdoor activities (mostly earthy tones for colors). The event itself is held at a resort in the Adirondack mountains in upstate NY where all guests will be staying - the thought is to walk people through the event on a map for the invitation. It is critical to include the following pieces:

Top Left corner:
"Together with our families, you are invited to the wedding of:
Krissy & Ben
June 11, 2016
Saranac Lake, NY
Adirondack State Park"
To lead into a map walking guests through:
(1) Groomsmen hosted BBQ on Friday at 6pm with music (would like illustrations of a BBQ setup with some indication of music involved)
(2) Saturday activities (this can include illustrations of boating, beach volley ball, badminton, bocce ball, golf, swimming, sea plane rides, hanging on the beach)
(3) Saturday Wedding Ceremony at 4pm (include an image of a chuppa)
(4) Cocktails & Music (including images of champagne glasses and music indicators)
(5) Dinner & Dancing (include celebratory images, the event is in a tent so this could be incorporated somehow)
(6) Sunday Brunch at 10am
(7) Signage/list of events in the following order:
Friday BBQ @ 6pm
Saturday Ceremony @ 4pm
Saturday Cocktails @ 5pm
Saturday Dinner & Party @ 6pm
Sunday Brunch @ 10am
