Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo design for a start up pizza business called "Pizza Pope". We will have a simple menu that focuses on quality than quantity. Pizza Pope will kind of be like 'Chipotle' of Pizza. Our companies long term mission is to have a chain of fast casual pizza chain stores where customers can get a baked pizza within a 160 seconds. Right now we are very small but hopefully in the future we get to compete with companies like Blaze Pizza, Pie Five, Pieology, MOD Pizza. We will be serving pizza, pasta, pop, cupcakes & slushies. Inspiration of other logos are Shake Shack, In&out burger, Starbucks. A design that would make a cool storefront signage would be awesome as well☺. I've also attached the picture of the storefront, just so you have an idea of how big my storefront signage can be. The picture attached with the boy in glasses is a logo I found online and really liked it with that font but I cant use it because I dont own it. I'm not a designer tho and I can't use that logo so I would love to see other creative ideas!😁
