Brief de Design de Logo

Our company is based in México, called CPM "Construction and Project Management Consultants", we offer services to other construction companies, applying project management tools along their construction processes in order to help them to make and implement procedures, we help people to improve their thinking process, negotiation skills, etc., everything with the target of establish order in the company and satisfy the customer.
We would like to use graphics, colors (in the case of the colors we would like to represent the evolution of the project) bars or something to give the message to the client that we are going to collaborate with their team to fulfill their goals and grow up together as a team.
The design should be:
* Serious, formal
* Easy reading
* Realiable to the customer
