Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our General Manager's Leadership Conference hosting GM's from all of our vacation resorts across the globe. Our resorts continue to produce great results and exceed our goals and we want to inspire the General Managers to "elevate" the guest experience at their resort. We are looking for a modern/futuristic/inspirational/high aspiration design using the idea of elevating their expectations, standards, and guest experience.

Colors: modern, no pastels, steer away from red and blue. Would like 1 statement color that could be used throughout material and theme through conference.

Emphasis on "2016" and "General Manager's" or "Global General Manager's". Do not emphasize "global" or "leadership conference".

No mountains. Mountains have been used recently in similar conference.
