Brief de Web Design

I am looking to re-design my hotel booking website banffaccommodations.net. Please find the specs attached. Delivery in PSD format. Two pages total: (i) homepage and (ii) inner page.

I want the design to be very simple to navigate and have a feel that is related to Banff, Canada. You can keep a similar layout as the current website.

Requirements
1) Homepage
- Booking form above the fold containing the check in & check out dates, # of rooms and the Search button
- Quality image relating to the city of Banff to make it clear what city this is (no slider - I don't want any animation)
- A section for featured hotels (3-5 items)
- A section for links to other sections on the website (currently under "Explore Banff")
- A section for articles and local guides
- A weather widget (either in the header or somewhere else, similar to this one http://screencast.com/t/OM3QFTd1M9)

2) Hotel listings page - http://www.banffaccommodations.net/hotels
- Left or right sidebar – must contain the booking form with the same fields as on the homepage
- A section of why to book hotels with us under the booking form
- Each hotel listing should contain the following
Hotel name
Star rating
Short description (same as currently on the website)
Thumbnail
Address
A button to Check Rates

Notes
- I want the design to be user friendly, simple and easy to use
- I want it to be related to Banff. Banff is a resort town in Alberta, Canada with mountains for skiing in the winter and parks and wildlife nature in the summer.
- Delivery format: PSD
- I want the layout to be easily convertible into a responsive design
- Small social media icon to the Facebook page (with the option to add Youtube and Twitter in the future)
