Brief de Web Design

Looking for a simple and sleek 3 page design for a game company site. Will provide a logo to be included in the design. Even though we specialize in flash games at the moment, we plan on expanding to other platforms and would like a site similar to console developer sites than flash game portals. Example: http://humanhead.com

Required Pages:
1. Home: advertising the latest game, big image, and possibly a news post
2. Games: a portfolio of games, each game will have a large image preview and some text, with a link to the game
3. About Us:
A roster of employees, each will have a picture and bio with name, alias, location, and some text.

Would be nice to have a theme inspired by "villains." The logo should provide the general feel we are looking for. You will find the logo attached as a .PSD (Photoshop) and a .PNG to give a quick preview. Vector .ai and .eps logos have also been attached. Feel free to split the text from the character or make any changes you feel necessary!
