Brief de Design de Brochure
I need a brochure for a 15 unit residential development at Simbithi Eco Estate -http://www.simbithi.co.za/

I will need space for 100 word narrative which i will provide at the end of the project - so please leave space for this. At this stage i will be able to provide prices for each house plan as well. so at this stage please put 'a' narrative and choose a price for each house type. The lion logo is out company logo and the amphitheatre is our logo for this specific development. i would also like the like the Simbithi (from the website)logo on the brochure.

It seems everyone is having trouble with the 'msg ' files

I will try to upload smaller versions of the floor plans @2mb each
I really need all the artwork and attachments on the brochure ie everything must be on there so you can make bigger brochure in order for it to fit. Please see narrative below
