Brief de Design de Poster

A friend of mine for a Catholic school district needs help with a poster.
The district consists of one high school and one elementary school. The poster design should be compatible for both schools. The schools have separate logos, but similar colors, so the poster designs should simply work for both (logos interchangeable, one logo on the design - NOT both).
My friend liked the following stock layout: http://www.stocklayouts.com/Downloads/PDF/Catalog/ET006-Catalog.pdf , so I purchased the attached native files.
So my project is to simply take the designs from the native files, and make a poster compatible with our brand colors/logo. I've attached PDFs of our current brochures (to use for colors) and the logos for both schools.
