Thanks to everyone who already submitted a design. I know you appreciate feedback and I will make time to provide that at least daily if not sooner. Some general comments based on my initial reviews -

1. Colors- red definitely works along with black. I also like blue but it has to be the right shade.

2. Overall look and feel - ultimately want something that is bold and professional without being corporate looking. Also, I really like having the target recticle incorporated into the design. Creative ideas are definitely welcome and encouraged on this!

Last, this is my first contest so if please be patient if my feedback is not as precise as it should be.

I wanted to send out a quick update to everyone who has submitted designs so far. I sent feedback today on designs where I would like to see a revision. The team is evaluating all the designs and trying to rank everyone's favorites so far. There have been a lot of great submissions.

I would welcome any additional submissions that were REALLY creative. Most of the designs have done a good job of capturing the general look and feel we want. If you have not submitted a design yet but are working on one...Wow us!!!

I have been very impressed overall with the talent of this group and thank you for your hard work.
