We own and operate a high-end, boutique residential new construction company that has been building in Oklahoma City for 3 decades. I am the second generation co-owner, and am putting my father's talent for vision in residential construction to use in flipping houses. We find run-down homes in premier, top notch locations in select areas of OKC and renovate them in a unique way. We are a low volume, high quality operation. Every single house we've built or flipped has broken the market comps for its area, and this is part of what we plan to continue doing. The style we most favor for these homes is a warm, loosely prairie-contemporary, open floor plan. The name of this new company is called The Flip Side, LLC. for the sake of the logo, we aren't much concerned with whether or not the ", LLC" is incorporated into the design. We would entertain having "A Goodman-Owned Enterprise" somewhere in the image, as long as it is non-distracting, and doesn't interfere with the design of your art. We love modernity, cleverness, elegance, and simplicity in logo design. We treat our trade as a form of art, as we are both artists in our own right- Dave paints, I do 3D design. We love collaborating with other artists and look forward to what you bring to the table for The Flip Side's unveiling to the public! I will attach a few photos of what our work looks like.
