Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new app that will be launch in 2 countries, these are the basic functions:
1) Provides customers with “on the spot” discounts, rewards and promotions according to their tastes or interests.
2) Shows live deals and promotion information to consumers.
3) The app's GPS functionality will help display offers to the app user according to their proximity (through the app’s map)

I don't have any specific color requirements.
I want to convey the idea of a bargain, street deal, or a handshake; with a fun "urban /street" type of feel not getting into gangster/graffiti stuff.
