Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new company located in the Lake Norman area near Charlotte, NC. We are a Home Inspection business and conduct home inspections of newly constructed and already built homes. We would like to use navy and silver in our design. Our business name is Horton Home Inspections and we want to incorporate the HHI in the logo with a house around it using the I as a chimney. We also need the name - Horton Home Inspections, LLC written out below the logo. It needs to be professional and upscale as we serve an affluent area.
