Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo, stationary and business card design for the law firm I am launching.
I am a recent law graduate and I am opening my own business for the first time. I will practice criminal defence law, matrimonial litigation and public interest litigation. I am starting a law firm that will be aimed at assisting middle-class and low-income clients. I am not serving rich people and don't want a logo that caters to that audience. I want a design that says professionalism and integrity, but also has elements of boldness, speed and tenacity. That being said, law is a very conservative profession so the logo can't be too 'out there.'
