Brief de Design de Logo

Need an amazing logo for a new, upscale salon & boutique! The name is "Mirrors Salon & Boutique". The design should encompass both a classic and trendy feel- upscale and classy- yet not "stuffy"-- it should feel beautiful. This design will be the face of our business and will be used on storefront, marketing materials, etc!
I have attached a really, really rough sketch of a design idea that came to mind (keep in mind I have no artistic talent!)- but what I am thinking we would love to see would be the "R's" back to back and if there is a way to incorporate scissors into the R's (like hair cutting scissors) that would be an idea; also, I was thinking maybe a hand mirror for the "I"... but I am completely open to your creative genius. I have attached a few photos that illustrate the design inspiration for the interior feel of the salon. I have also attached a photo with paint swatches reflecting the color scheme of the salon
