A modern and emerging position in today's corporations is the capacity of "Chief Business Officer" (a "CBO"). The CBO is the one officer of the company that interfaces and communicates with all other "corporate disciplines", i.e. the CFO, the CIO, CTO, CMO, a Chief Compliance Officer, CHRO-Chief Human Resource Officer, and a host of VP Positions. Most companies need a CBO to work with the company's CEO and President and to basically be the one officer who "connects all of the dots. Unfortunately most companies cannot afford a full time CBO so issues, opportunities and challenges just "go" unaddressed, unfulfilled or keep going to challenge ownership, management and operations another month, another busy season or "one more year".
