Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a brochure design for our company Continent Tours. We are focusing on our Corporate Travel and Destination Management services in Africa. We currently have four offices in Ghana, Senegal, Mali and the US. Our company prides itself on being able to arrange transfers, hotels , flights and conferencing venues on a budget, tight time frame or at that last sold out property.
Our brochure should reflect stability, reliability, while working to brand us as the "Premier West Africa Destination Management Company".

  1.) First Page: Our Logo incorporated with a clean outlined map of Africa. West Africa should be highlighted in our signature color: Green. The green shouldn’t be a professional shade, slightly dark. Our Tag Line should be featured prominently in a Serif font “Continent Tours- West Africa’s Premier Destination Management and Corporate Travel Company”
  
  2.) Back Page: Our Branch Offices with the CT Logo at the top. Our website www.continenttours.com should be found on the bottom]
  
  
  3.) Last Page: The services we provide, listed in alphabetical order with a photo incorporated.
  
  Side 2:
  
  1.) http://freebiesdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/azure-trifold-brochure-template.jpg we are looking for a solid design that is both clean and visually alluring. Again this is a Corporate Travel brochure. We would like someone with Photoshop skills to work on putting this together so that the images flow into the content seamlessly. – This image is also attached for reference
  2.) The images should be of business people travelling, Airport scenes and we do want to somehow incorporate an image of a hand holding a globe with the African continent, centered like the attached image. We like the image because the hand is in front of an Airline Flight Board. - Please find this image attached.
  3.) The Continent Tours Logo and Tag line should stretch across the entire inside, tastefully
