Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my store. It will incorporate the image I already I have, along with the name.
Your task is to come up with the colours and the font.
The image must go first then the logo text, so it reads left to right
The ice cream image you will need to take off the attached pictures.( I like the image, nothing more about it) Logo text should be classic yet modern. Colours are up to you, although I do not want primary colours ie bright reds, blues , greens, etc. So font colour,logo colour and background colour is needed.
