Brief de Design de Logo

The faq website & service, for which I need this logo, will allow website owners to create and personalise a faq page & contact us flow that will be hosted on the faq platform. There will be a free & premium package, with various degrees of personalisation and added-value features.

The logo needs to reflect the values of the service: simple, professional and helpful but playful (not boring & dry). The logo can include the word 'faq' but I need an icon that can work as a standalone logo too. This is because the service will be launched in 3 different countries and each will have a different url. The url will make a play of words on the word 'faq' (faquezvo.us (fr), pleasefaq.it (uk), faqmi.ch (de)) so having the word 'faq' in the logo would be great but the association of an icon and a typography (for the site title) would work best.

Examples of sites that work well: getsatisfaction, uservoice, twitter, designcrowd, posterous. Logo proportions should be similar as the logo will be part of a small header. I'm really open to other color schemes.

The deliverables should include: a png file for all 3 langages, a psd file that regroups all 3 langages, the typo used for the letters (if possible), the details of the color scheme used.
