Brief de Design de Logo

Hi, we need a logo design for a new compandy based in Berlin. The name of our company will be "wkufd.de". It stands for "we will get you...". It stands for a camera system with community functions. We need a logo for our website, stickers and a favicon. The stickers will be pasted on the cameras. The logo shall be persist with a symbol and text. My first idea was a head of a ninja with the text. The project is a result of some housebreakings and the excessive demands of the police. So, we will help us together and watches of ourselves for our houses, offices, cars, etc. I don't have some special colour wishes, but the logo shall work with an QR-Code, too (stands beside...).
