Brief de Design de Logo

I need to have a logo created for a residential property company. We focus in neglected residential property purchases and renovate to sell or to rent. We are also the property manager.

I am looking for a logo that involves a house like structure. Two options would be RPS (Raleigh Property Solutions) intertwined with a house in some way. Or a broken looking house with a transformation into a nicer or bigger house.

We had the image that the house like structure would be wispy and and completely straight, more curvy or arced. Like a really quick pencil sketch would look like. This will be used on our business cards, website and letter head. Thank you.
