Brief de Design de T-shirt

We're a primary school track team in Singapore. We don't have much of a budget but would love to have an exceptional tank top for 2016. We're a new team formed of talented kids culled from other sports. We have a lot of heart and a few of us managed to shock the rest of the schools and made it into Nationals in 2015. We're known to be a fairly academic school and a new team so for us to make it to Nationals was exceptional! In April 2016, we have Nationals once again. This time, we will likely feature a few kids fingers crossed. We would love to have a top that is awesome. The tank also has to be unisex. Henry Park Primary School is the full name. "Henry Park Track & Field" suffices. The initials "HPPS" which we used before is not nearly as clear. Our school colours are brown/tan tartan so horrific that the track coach is fine with bright neons, greens, blues, yellows, reds, whites. It has to be a sleeveless, front and back need to have a design but unfortunately the race number covers the majority so a clever HPPS placement is necessary. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
