Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I'd like a business card that look can transfer to my website, stationery, promo pieces, etc.
I work with modern, hip individuals and enjoy a cleaner design. I do NOT sell homes in the suburbs, I work very close to downtown Atlanta and this is a progressive crowd!
I do not want the typical card with my photo on it, I'm interested in more retro modern look. I'm attaching a pdf of my sign so you can see my colors which are a burnt orange, gray and somewhat of a turquoise blue. Again I like simple and mod design. My website will be called theintownlife.com and besides real estate info I will feature local eateries, pubs, music venues, events, etc. that would appeal to the in town city goer. Below are examples of my signs, the Re/Max info is required on my card, maybe on the back?
I've also added the RE/MAX balloon logo, you do NOT have to use it, if you do use it I would prefer that it is just a gray scale version of it or white and gray on blue, maybe on the back of the card.
